To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Looks cheap and plastic-y in person. The "metallic" finish is just painted on poorly. They don't look good on the tree at all. Regret buying them.
They're cute, but the string loop is a bit fragile. One broke when I was trying to straighten it. Easy to fix with a new thread, but should be sturdier.
